Madhav Tandan is Senior Partner at Orios Venture Partners, where he leads the firm’s investment strategy across technology sectors including enterprise software, AI, fintech, deep tech, consumer technology, climate and industrial innovation. He partners with ambitious founders building category-defining businesses, helping them navigate every stage of growth from early product-market fit to scaling and institutional fundraising.
With over 15 years of experience spanning venture capital, technology investing and investment banking, Madhav brings a distinctive perspective on identifying transformative businesses. Before joining Orios, he spent eight years at Omidyar Network India, where he led investments across sectors including fintech, SaaS, marketplaces, mobility and enterprise technology. He subsequently founded Escape Velocity, an early-stage investment platform focused on cross-border technology opportunities, and earlier in his career advised technology companies at Credit Suisse and Citi.
